Our Story

Following the release of her powerful testimony, "Diamonds in the Rain: A Single Mother's Journey...", Lisa Marie Lomelin founded Diamonds in the Rain Ministries. Through this non-profit organization, Evangelist Lisa hopes to build a community of hope that, despite trials and tribulation, we can always find the diamond in the rain.

For ten years, Lisa was an alcoholic who sought the approval and pleasures of the world. She grew up in the church and from a young age God used her to minister to other children. But by the time she was nine she began drifting away from the faith. Throughout her adult life the enemy made her believe she was worthless. But the Great I AM never forgot her. He pursued her and Lisa re-dedicated her life to Jesus Christ in a jail cell. 

In 2023, God blessed her with the opportunity to share her story through Project I Am as the diamond she is. God showed Lisa the truth-His truth. She is valuable in the Father’s eyes, a diamond. 

Now, Lisa proclaims this truth to women everywhere, encouraging them to rise up and embrace their true identity as a daughter of God. Proverbs 13:15 states,"She is more precious than rubies, And all the things you may desire cannot compare with her."
